For Online Clothing Sales

Returns for in-store refund, credit note or exchange ONLY within 7 business days. Returned items must be in perfect condition with all tags and packaging intact. Worn or damaged goods will not be accepted. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned. All refund transactions will be carried out using the method of payment for the purchase.

International Orders

Please note that all international orders are final sale.

For In-Store Clothing Sales

Returns in-store refund, credit note or exchange ONLY within 7 business days. Clothing must have tags in place and be in store-bought condition. Returned items must be in perfect condition with all tags and packaging intact. Worn or damaged goods will not be accepted. All sale items are final sale and may not be returned. All refund transactions will be carried out using the method of payment for the purchase.

Final Sale Items

Sale items and personal items such as but not exclusive to swimwear, underwear, jewelry, wellness & beauty products are final sale and may not be returned. 

Bermuda Customers

Purchased goods may be returned to the store in Bermuda (The Shops at Hamilton Princess Hotel) For clothing and shoes: purchased items may be returned within 7 business days for a refund, credit note or exchange. Returned items must be in perfect condition with all tags and packaging intact. Worn or damaged goods will not be accepted. Sale items and personal items such as but not exclusive to swimwear, underwear, jewelry, wellness & beauty products. are final sale and may not be returned. All refund transactions will be carried out using the method of payment for the purchase.

International Customers (Countries Other Than Bermuda)

Unfortunately because of logistic issues and costs we cannot consider returns for goods delivered outside of Bermuda. All international sales are final and no returns will be considered. 

Privacy

We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.

The Shops at Hamilton Princess will  not be responsible for any damages of any kind resulting from use of this website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Applicable Law

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the Islands of Bermuda without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and The Shops at Hamilton Princess.

Changes in Policy

The Shops at Hamilton Princess reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.

Shipping

Delivery within Bermuda is $15 for orders less than $250.
