Sales Terms and Conditions
The placing of an order with us does not constitute a contract. The contract is formed only when your order is expressly accepted. Acceptance of an order will be subject to:
- The products ordered being available from stock.
- Our obtaining authorization for payment.
Payment Terms
Payment will be due immediately upon the issuance of an invoice to you, or on such terms as may otherwise be agreed. Title of the product will pass to you when you have paid for such product in full.
Pick-up & Delivery
Purchase of product on this website is available for pickup from the store in Bermuda (The Shops at Hamilton Princess).
When your order is ready for pick up you will receive an email with instructions. Please allow 24 hours for purchases to process, but we will work hard to ensure orders are ready as soon as possible. Our pick up times are during our business hours:

Purchase of product on this website is also available for delivery in Bermuda. When your order is ready for dispatch you will receive an email notification. Please allow 24 hours for purchases to process, but we will endeavour to dispatch goods as soon as possible. Delivery charges are applicable.
